From Imagination to Exhibition with Sunway College Ipoh's 'EMERGE’ art exhibition

Reflecting on the recent "EMERGE" art exhibition at Sunway College Ipoh, we take a moment to revisit the captivating journey that unfolded from December 15th, 2023, to January 12th, 2024. Echoing Kandinsky's profound sentiment that 'To create a work of art is to create the world,' our Art and Design students brought this philosophy to life, transforming ideas into a visual symphony that resonated with the community.

The exhibition served as a dynamic platform for our students to showcase their diverse talents and connect with the public through the enchanting medium of art. Open to all, "EMERGE" provided a window into the artistic souls of each participant, allowing attendees to witness the genius behind the intricate masterpieces on display.

The event covered an extensive spectrum of artistic disciplines, including Life Drawing, Figure Drawing, Typography, Interior Design Projects, Lighting and Advertising Design, and Corporate Identity. From each stroke to every design element, the exhibited works represented the culmination of skills and creativity nurtured through our programs at SCI.

As ambassadors of Sunway College Ipoh, our students eagerly shared their passion with the community, using the universal language of art to bridge gaps and forge connections.
