Sunway AUSMAT Lead the Way in ANU Business Case Study Competition

Huge congratulations to our proud students from the AUSMAT programme who clinched the championship at the ANU Business Case Study Competition 2024. Comprising students from the July 2024 intake—Wan Jee Cheng, Yong Zheng Kai Jovan, and Sofea Chang Hui Zhou—Team S Class emerged as the overall winner out of 60 teams representing 40 schools across 8 countries.

Mentored by Ms Aswini Kumari, the team have successfully excelled in both Selection Round (Report Submission) and Final Round (Video Submission) based on the case study provided. Their outstanding performance and high standard of submission have impressed the judging panel.

The Research School of Accounting at the ANU College of Business and Economics (CBE) hosted the seventh annual ANU Business Case Study Competition in 2024 to showcase students' analytical, problem solving and communication skills which provides an excellent opportunity for them to challenge their understanding of analysing and presenting financial information, corporate governance, and effective decision making in a business setting.

A prize-giving ceremony was held on 9th January 2025, presented by Ms. Chan Wai Yen, Regional Manager for Southeast Asia - International and Future Students, to commemorate this special moment.
