AUSMAT Students Embark on a Journey of Self-Discovery Through Interactive Workshop

Sunway Career Services, in partnership with Sunway University Master of Counselling students, conducted a half-day Discovery Workshop for 50 Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) new intake students on 17 April.

The workshop aimed to help students explore their interests, understand their natural inclinations, and better maximise their potential as they begin their academic journey.

Led by the Master’s students, the session featured a series of fun and interactive activities, including a Career Bingo Game, “Who Am I?” self-reflection exercise, a team-based “Surviving a Sinking Island” challenge, and a closing “Career Sandwich” activity.

Students actively participated and enjoyed the opportunity to discover more about themselves while connecting with their peers. The session provided a meaningful start to their AUSMAT journey.
