MICPA Awards Book Prize to Top VU Accounting Students

The MICPA-VU Sunway Book Prize Award ceremony was held on 25 Nov 2021 to recognise the hard work and dedication of the prize winners who  each scored the highest marks in their VU third-year accounting units. They are: Chan Pei Ying, Ng Jiar Ling, Choong Xin Yi and Loo Man Shaun.

MICPA had also specially arranged an VU alumna, Bryan Yeap Jiunn Kang who is also now a provisional member of MICPA to join the session. The book prize recipients had the opportunity to socialise and engage in conversations with one another. They shared their work experiences, views on prospective career opportunities within the accounting profession as well as general insights into the industry. Bryan had also provided some valuable advice to the undergraduates. It was indeed a great session for all. Congratulations to the book prize recipients and thanks to MICPA for hosting this simple yet meaningful ceremony!
