MUFY Graduation Ceremony July 2023

The MUFY Graduation July 2023 ceremony was held on 15 July and this time, there were two graduation ceremony sessions to accommodate the astounding number of graduates and their guests who came to celebrate the spectacular achievements and performance of MUFY graduates from the July and August 2022 intakes.

Here are highlights of their achievements:

• CHUA SHI XIANG received the MUFY Excellence Award for achieving the Highest Overall MUFY Score of 99.18%

• 288 students received the Monash University High Achiever Award for achieving an overall MUFY score of 89% and above

• 578 students achieved an overall High Distinction score by achieving an overall MUFY score of 80% and above

There were performances from graduates, Nai Yinhuey, who belted out “A moment like this” by Kelly Clarkson and Chin Shu Yen, who sang “Speechless” by Naomi Scott and she was accompanied by Wong Sien Rui on the keyboard.

Graduates and guests were also treated to a wonderful performance by MUFY’s Deputy Director, Ms Helen James, singing “For Good” from the musical, “Wicked”, and 11 MUFY academic staff delightfully surprised all with their amazing dance performance. It was indeed a day to remember!
