Ready2Work: Make Your Resume Count by Sunway Group

The Ready to Work (R2W) series resumed on 7 October 2026 with Make Your CV Count, a career preparation session conducted by Sunway Group to help students strengthen their job application skills as they prepare to enter the workforce.

The session brought together 120 students from Sunway University and Sunway College, providing practical guidance on crafting effective CVs, preparing for interviews and making responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) throughout the job application process.

Students gained insights into presenting their qualifications, showcasing relevant experiences and communicating their strengths in ways that resonate with prospective employers. The session also explored how AI tools can support CV writing and interview preparation, while highlighting the importance of using technology thoughtfully without compromising authenticity.

Through practical advice and industry insights, students gained a clearer understanding of employer expectations and the essentials of navigating the recruitment process, taking another step towards a successful transition from campus to the workplace.
