Sunway TES College JB Freedom Hunt @ PPAJ

Held in conjunction with Hari Malaysia, the exploration-based programme brought together 30 secondary school students from across Johor Bahru for an engaging learning experience that combined teamwork, creativity and problem-solving through patriotic-themed games and activities.

The programme was supported by 15 student volunteers from Sunway TES College Johor Bahru, who gained hands-on experience in coordinating and supporting an outreach initiative beyond the campus. Their involvement also provided opportunities to engage with secondary school students and contribute to a meaningful community programme.

The event aimed to strengthen collaboration between Sunway TES College JB, PPAJ and local schools while fostering community connections and creating opportunities for future educational and outreach initiatives. Through its interactive activities, the programme celebrated the spirit of Merdeka and Hari Malaysia, encouraging participants to work together, think creatively and develop problem-solving skills in a fun and collaborative environment.

TES Iskandar Library and Student LIFE of Sunway TES College Johor Bahru, in collaboration with Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Johor (PPAJ) and Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Johor Bahru (PPDJB), successfully organised the STESJB Freedom Hunt @PPAJ on 12 September 2026 at the Johor Public Library.
